Mentoring HealthTech
Topic : Type : Briefing
Last year saw us pilot a Mentoring HealthTech programme. This small business mentoring initiative, co-developed by ABHI and Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices, provided ABHI SME members with a structured programme of practical support and resources to aid their growth.
Two companies successfully went through the scheme in 2021, and this year we are delighted to expand the offer further, with a number of other larger ABHI members joining the programme.
Applications are available solely to ABHI members and the aim is to develop key business functions. This could include, for example, HR capability, company culture or communications and external affairs strategies. Importantly though, the programme is a collaborative one, and successful applicants will work with their mentor to agree a shared set of goals.
The exact nature of programmes is flexible and will be agreed between both parties depending on the structure of projects and the time commitment required on both sides.
More detail on the scheme can be found here, and companies wishing to apply to join this year’s cohort are encouraged to complete the form below.
Applications for the 2022 programme are now closed, but if you would like to be alerted when applications re-open, please write to communications@abhi.org.uk.
