Stephanie Bolton

Biography/Career
Stephanie Bolton joined LivaNova in April 2011, as a territory Manager for the Epilepsy business in the UK. During the last 13 years at LivaNova, Steph has held several senior leadership positions within the UK, Europe, internationally and globally.
Steph is currently the President, Global Epilepsy, at LivaNova and is responsible for Strategy, R&D, manufacturing and operations, sales growth, team development and market penetration globally.
As a global leader in healthcare technology, Steph is extremely passionate about cultivating a company culture that is open, supportive with diversity and inclusion at its heart to ensure employee well-being. Steph is an active member of several Women’s network and mentoring groups.
Prior to that, Steph spent more than eight years in sales and marketing positions in the pharmaceutical industry at UCB, Otsuka Pharmaceuticals and Sankyo Pharma.
Ensuring equal and equitable Patient access is Steph’s driving force, having seen first-hand the positive quality of life benefits patients and their families can have, when they access the latest technologies.
Steph has also served as Vice Chair of the ABHI, the HealthTech industry’s leading association, advocating for HealthTech and innovation with stakeholders such as government ministers and senior NHS officials.
Steph has a Bachelor of Science degree in physiology with honours.
