Jaimie is the Country Lead for all UK Smith+Nephew businesses and the Vice President of the Sports Medicine business across the UK, Ireland and Nordics. Prior to this role Jaimie was the S+N EMEA Senior Marketing Director for Sports Medicine, helping to set global strategy and ensuring that the needs of the EMEA and Canadian businesses were supported both in the short and long term. Jaimie has undertaken additional responsibility as project lead for areas including Manufacturing, Acquisitions and Integration, Distribution Channels across international geographies, Regulatory routes and IP protection.

With over 25 years experience in Medical Devices, Jaimie previously spent 20 years at Johnson & Johnson across a number of sectors including Wound Care, Trauma, Biosurgery and Arthroplasty. These senior UK and International roles included three years located in Switzerland.

A strong ally for EDI throughout his career, Jaimie has chaired and initiated the UKI chapter of Smith+Nephew's Pride Employee Inclusion Group and is a current member of the Smith+Nephew Global Inclusion Council.
