In 2024, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) conducted a consultation to update its statutory fees, ensuring they reflect the full cost of its regulatory services.
This consultation, which ran through to 24th October 2024, sought feedback on proposals aimed at implementing fee adjustments by April 2025.
