Following the recent MHRA consultation on the future regulation of medical devices in the United Kingdom, we have taken the opportunity to reflect, with members, on some of the concepts that were either not included in the consultation, or where we wished to expand on the points made. As such, this report should be considered in addition to the consultation response we submitted in November last year.
This summary has been prepared to highlight the discussions we have had with members, and has since been shared with key stakeholders, to further inform their thinking.
