In the run-up to the UK's departure from the EU, Government preparations to protect the continuity of supply of medical devices have accelerated over the summer. Recent guidance for companies can be found below, with a repository of all resources available via our dedicated Brexit webpage.
Further to the letter of 26th June from Steve Oldfield, the DHSC are following-up with companies to gather important information to ensure appropriate product availability. Members will have received this questionnaire and are advised to return a completed version by 10:00 GMT on Monday 9 September 2019 to mdcc-contingencyplanning@dhsc.gov.uk
