The AMRC is part of the UK Government’s High Value Manufacturing Catapult. We are 600+ engineers and business specialists helping companies to develop, prove and commercialise new products and processes by providing access to specialised facilities, expertise and support to obtain innovation funding
Our role is to assist companies in the design, development and scaleup of promising technologies. We are active in the Healthcare market through our capabilities in design & prototyping, digital manufacturing (i4.0), digitally connected devices, 3D printing, robotics, augmented & virtual reality tools, machining science, composites and casting manufacturing. We work with a wide variety of small and large companies, healthcare providers such as the NHS, manufacturers of healthcare products and charities to develop clinically relevant products & processes.
