About Verena

Verena manages the workspaces at the Texas Health CoLab within the Dell Medical School. The CoLab is a value-focussed innovation ecosystem that brings together people passionate about improving health, world-class research and technological capabilities.  Verena received her PhD in Human and Molecular Genetics from Baylor College of Medicine and an MBA from University of Houston-Clear Lake. She also has a strong interest in facilitating the interaction and communication between industry, entrepreneurs, researchers and patient care teams allowing synergies to materialise in advancing scientific knowledge and driving innovation.
