ABHI Brexit Update: Additional Resources for Members
In my blog tomorrow I will try and make sense of this week’s events in Westminster, as well as considering options before MPs return for another round of meaningful votes next month. In the meantime, we have added two more links to our Member’s Brexit resources page on our website.
In the first, Chair of ABHI’s Legal Issues and Compliance Committee and Partner at Law Firm, Fieldfisher, Alison Dennis uses her latest blog to highlight some of the regulatory issues that need to be considered as part of contingency planning. We will pick up some of these issues at our February 15th workshop when will team up with Baker McKenzie to consider your preparedness.
We have also posted a communication from the MHRA, indicating that the necessary regulations to allow them to continue to authorise medical devices in the event of no deal have been laid in Parliament.
